Workers’ Rights Start With You
The Workplace Justice Project is the only organization of its kind in Louisiana.
We litigate on behalf of low-income workers, educate, and advocate for policies on behalf of working families. Our work is rooted in improving economic outcomes and strengthening communities through direct legal representation, education and policy work to promote access to systems of redress, build economic opportunity, and increase fairness and equity.

What’s Current

The Workplace Justice Project is a project of the Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and the Stuart H. Smith Law clinic and Center for Social Justice, funded by the W. K. Kellogg Foundation.
Get Involved
The Wage Claim Clinic is made possible in large part by dedicated volunteers. It is because of the volunteers that we are able to extend our services to so many workers.
