Andrea M. Agee

Andrea litigates labor and employment cases on the state and federal level, manages the intake of new cases and helps supervise the Wage Claim Clinic. She also develops legal educational materials and assesses the operational administration of the WJP. Prior to the joining the WJP as the staff attorney, Andrea was a student practitioner in the Community Justice clinic at the Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic & Center for Social Justice at the Loyola College of Law. She also clerked at the Pro Bono Project in New Orleans and at Southeast Louisiana Legal Services. In 2012, she received the Louisiana State Bar Association Pro Bono Law Student Award. The development and realization of full LGBT equality, the 14th Amendment, critical race theory and racial justice advocacy are among her legal interests.
Erika Zucker

Erika has over 20 years’ experience in labor and employment law and advocacy, public and community engagement, and outreach. At the WJP, her work includes directing advocacy programs focusing on challenges faced by low-wage workers in Greater New Orleans and Louisiana, providing expertise and support for wage claims and worker education, developing and maintaining relations with federal and state agencies, community and labor organizations, building local and statewide coalitions and alliances, and advocating for policy changes affecting employment and wages. Before relocating to New Orleans, Erika practiced labor and employment law in California, representing workers across the economic spectrum from teachers and grocery workers to screenwriters, and working on progressive legislative reform including the living wage ordinances for Los Angeles and Santa Monica.
Erika is the District A appointee to the New Orleans City Council’s Felicia Kahn Equal Pay Advisory Committee.
